Shabbat B’yachad Across Long Island

#LightupforShabbat
#LightitupSuffolk

At this time of uncertainty and sadness, it is important for us all to unite together in strength and connection. The lighting of Shabbat candles brings with it a sense of calm and an opportunity to reset for all ages. Therefore, we are asking our Jewish Community, friends and neighbors across Suffolk County to commit to lighting Shabbat candles, as we stand with Israel.

Light your Shabbat candles and with a prayer for the State of Israel.

Help us participate in #LightForIsrael, a global Shabbat commemoration for the fallen and support Israel and the country’s people as they ensure the challenges of war.

Let the world know that movement wide, JCC’s Stand with Israel
